The food was amazing better than boiling crab in my opinion the menu is small but the quality is top tier. The service was quick almost no wait time, prices are competitive and comparable to this time of restaurants. The ambiance was nice and cozy the best thing it wasn't loud you could carry a conversation. Highly recommend best Louisiana seafood style food in the high desert!

They had the best seafood up here in Victorville. 8 years ago. I went there . My family went there at least once a week. When they opened up the 2nd restaurant we went there. Beautiful, clean. I really thought they were going to make it. Bam‼ They close down. Then open back up on main the original one. Not the same owners and most definitely not the same cook. I don't like it. But hey people do. I know my sauces and that's not it. To each their own. I just hate they didn't stay the same sad about it.

SO SO SO GOOD. My mouth is watering while I'm writing this post. This is one place where me and my lady are not talking to each other at all, we are just straight grubbin' the entire time . I don't think you will be disappointed with anything in their menu. The restaurant has a nice them to it as well. Elisa was really nice, that's the name on the receipt and I hope I am getting the name right because it's hard to find waitresses that good now and days. I never had to ask for anything, she basically read my mind the entire time.

Louisiana Shabang has been in my hindsight to visit for a very long time. Well, last Friday night was the day I said "Let's do this!" I came here for dinner. Windows were covered with advertisements so I couldn't tell how the inside looks from the outside. Upon entry, it's quite spacious and has some seafood charm. I love seafood so it is up my alley... charm away LOL! I was greeted right away which is always nice in my book. I needed some time to decide since it was my first time here. They offer bags of seafood by the pound. They provided bibs at the beginning in case I was going to get the bags which I didn't so bibs went to waste. They probably should provide the bibs as applicable after order is taken. Fried seafood such as battered shrimp, catfish, etc are available. They have good choices of sides such as cajun fries, sweet potato, shrimo gumbo, and more. I ended up getting Fried Catfish with cajun fries, Sampler Combo (battered shrimp, fried catfish, chicken wings) (this doesn't come with any sides), Shrimp Po'Boy with sweet potato fries, and side of onion rings. I wanted shrimp gumbo, but they ran out. How can one run out of shrimp gumbo at early dinner time... I was bummed. Anyway, overall foods were good except for the Shrimp Po'Boy (bread was not toasted and it needed more shrimp and sauce was not tasty enough IMHO) and fries (they were not crispy enough... I will need to ask them to double or triple fry them next time). Sweet potato fries were better than cajun fries IMHO. The server, Ben, was very hospitable, attentive, and accommodating. When I told him that I wanted to switch the 2nd basket of cajun fries with sweet potato fries, he was more than accommodating to replace them. Thank you Ben! Prices are decent for a seafood place. I'll try the bags next time. Ambiance is quaint... it felt like we were dining underwater LOL. If you haven't been to Louisiana Shabang and are curious about them, curious no more... just come on over and give them a try! Happy Shabang'ing!
